Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • All swimwear (bikinis, one-piece swimsuits) must have hygiene liners intact
  • Bodysuits must be returned with original packaging
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged
🌴 Tropical Tip: We recommend trying on your items over your own undergarments to avoid transferring makeup, deodorant, or tanning products onto the fabric.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Sunshine Team at admin@farmriooutfit.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make it easy!
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  3. Include your order confirmation or packing slip
  4. Ship your return to our New York headquarters (address below)

Return Shipping

For returns (not exchanges):

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Free Return Label: Available for exchanges or if the return is due to our error

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Email us your exchange request using the template above
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label if available for your country
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days
🌺 Blossoming Note: If you’re exchanging for a more expensive item, we’ll send a payment link for the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Bodysuits without original packaging
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or altered items

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
